Grace And Peace Ministry was founded by Pastor Mike Carmody with the purpose of helping, encouraging and equipping pastors and church leaders all over the world.

PERSONAL PROFILE FOR PASTOR MICHAEL CARMODY
~ Came to Christ in 1979 out of drug addiction and alcohol abuse.
~ Master Degree in Theology  / PhD in Administration.
~ 34 + years in ministry.  
~ Lead Pastor of New Covenant Christian Church in Fort Dodge, Iowa from Dec 1985- Dec 2016.  Currently Associate Pastor, New Covenant Christian Church
~ Vision to see people embrace the liberating principles of God’s kingdom, and to see local churches established and growing in God’s unique mission and vision for their church in their city / area.
~ Over 25 years of leadership training, conducting monthly church leadership training session for over 15 years.
~ Assist in the training of church leaders.
~ Professor of Religion at Iowa Central Community College.
~ Addiction recovery volunteer group facilitator since 1990.
